Ukrainian–English and Russian–English tribunal interpreting
Understand the hearing. Make yourself understood.
Ukrainian–English and Russian–English interpreting for court and legal appointments. Share the date and venue to discuss a private booking.
Ask the tribunal about your case
There is no single booking rule to assume for every tribunal. GOV.UK says that for some tribunals you request an interpreter on the appeal form; alternatively, contact the tribunal office before the hearing. Give the language, hearing date and case reference directly to the tribunal through its own channel, not through this website’s initial enquiry form. Ask for confirmation of the arrangement.
Identify the jurisdiction and stage
Tell the tribunal which type of case it is and whether the event is a hearing or a separate preparation meeting. For an immigration or asylum appeal, employment matter or another tribunal case, check the instructions issued by that tribunal. Do not assume that one tribunal’s form, deadline, funding or remote arrangements apply to another. This page does not promise free interpreting in every tribunal.
Separate private preparation from the hearing
A consultation with your representative, discussion of hearing instructions or preparation meeting may need a private booking. The official guide says the hearing interpreter is normally available during the hearing, with legal discussions outside it dependent on the judge’s permission. Ask your representative what support is already arranged before requesting a separate quote.
What a private booking needs
Send the tribunal type, meeting purpose, date, expected duration, venue postcode or proposed video platform, and the person responsible for instruction and payment. Agree any relevant terminology and preparation material through a separate secure channel; no appeal evidence or sensitive case history is needed in the initial form.
Registration and confirmation
Larysa Kyshkova is based in Ascot and holds Ukrainian NRPSI registration 17932, Full status. Confirm the tribunal or instructing organisation’s requirements, availability and conflicts; registration does not guarantee appointment. Private bookings have a minimum of two hours; preparation, travel and total charges require a written quote. Interpreting is not representation, advice on appeal grounds or a guarantee of an outcome.
