Booking terms
An enquiry requests availability. It does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking.
Confirming an assignment
The date, time, language pair, venue or platform, duration and scope must be agreed in writing. Acceptance is subject to availability and the requirements of the commissioning organisation.
Fees and additional costs
Agree the total, minimum attendance, waiting time, travel, preparation and any applicable VAT before accepting a quote. Published indicative amounts do not replace the assignment specific written quote.
Changes and cancellation
The written confirmation sets out the cancellation, postponement and additional attendance terms for that assignment. Notify Larysa promptly if a hearing is moved, extended or cancelled.
Responsibilities and scope
The instructing party confirms the relevant court or institutional booking procedure and any required qualifications, security checks and insurance. Interpreting is not legal or medical advice. Written translation and expert evidence are outside the stated service unless separately agreed.
Confidential material
Initial enquiries should contain practical details only. Share case papers later by the channel agreed for the confirmed assignment.
