Enquiries are stored in the website database to assess the assignment, respond and prepare a quote. This is processing at your request before a possible contract. Only authorised staff may review enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for marketing.

Hosting and retention

The website hosting and database providers process enquiry data to deliver this service. Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for no more than 90 days unless follow-up is ongoing or a legal duty requires longer retention. Booking records may be subject to separate retention duties.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through the enquiry form. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances.
